Elkhorn Project Inc. is a non-profit corporation organized under the non-profit corporation act of the State of Colorado. A Form 1023 Application for Recognition of Exemption under Section 501(c)(3) has been prepared and filed with the Internal Revenue Service. We anticipate receiving confirmation of our exemption in May or June 2011.
